Standard models include: 6020R 60" Bowl 20 Pocket Rotary, 6030R 60" Bowl 30 Pocket Rotary, 6040R 60" Bowl 40 Pocket Rotary, 4010R 40" Bowl 10 Pocket Rotary & 3025I 30" Bowl 25 Pocket Inline Ingredient. Bowl and telescopic pockets are constructed of 316 stainless steel with fantastic resistance. Catch pan and lower frame are constructed from 304 stainless steel. Standard fillers have a floating bowl, common infeed and discharge conveyor, manual product gate, UHMW change parts, parabolic catch pans, safety slip clutch on main drive and safety ball detent clutches on infeed and discharge star as well as infeed timing screw. Optional equipment includes: solid side bowl, rotary sweep brush, semi automatic fill adjustment, custom length infeed and discharge conveyor, electronic controls and motor starters, hopper feed for granular products & condiment filler stations.
