Custom product slicer, slicing mechanism constructed of 4 each 14" diameter blades, 23-1/2" wide x 22" long x 10" deep infeed hopper tapered down to 6-1/2" wide x 6-1/2" long product infeed and discharge, product gravity feed through slicing mechanism and cut in quarters, 4 each electric motor slicer drives, all stainless steel construction.
